The Wharfside Deck is the feature dining area of this iconic Jersey shore restaurant. The old deck was worn, aged and in need of reconstruction. A new modern deck was designed and built to modern specifications, while retaining the feel of this history seaside structure. The most notable feature is the Bay Green / Translucent roof. This roof blocks the direct sun from diners, while letting in defuse light deep into the deck dining room. At night the Bay Green roof is illuminated from below and produces a soft glow in the evening that can be seen far away across the water from boats and neighboring towns.
